Mae gweinyddiaeth Llafur Cymru a Phlaid Cymru wedi gadael i Faes Awyr Caerdydd ddod yn dwll du o arian trethdalwyr ac mae wedi costio dros £219 miliwn i'r cyhoedd ers 2013.
