Rydym wedi cyflwyno deddf a fyddai'n rhoi'r pŵer i Gymru ddatgan Dydd Gŵyl Dewi yn ŵyl y banc, felly nawr yw'r amser i bleidiau gwleidyddol eraill ein cefnogi.
